Brevetto is Italian for "patent," and throughout the restaurant you will find turn-of-the-century schematics of wine presses and odd, outdated food machines. In stark contrast to the complicated workings of a "salame washing machine," our menu is simple and straightforward. Our authentic cuisine is best described as modern Italian bistro fare,
and is designed to pair perfectly with our extensive - and almost
exclusively Italian - wine list.
Dine inside our dining room at an intimate table for two, or at the 18-foot communal table. Or, weather-permitting, sit outside on our deck
by the river and waterfall. If you're lucky, you might see one of the
duck families living there, or "Bruno," our resident beaver. Follow Chef Josh Hixson's blog and see what's happening inside the kitchen!
